A Top Notch Home for All Horses
Top Notch Farm has three barns and a number of outside pens to meet any boarding need.
There is a competition size jumping arena with all-weather footing, a dressage size arena, a round pen, and seven turn-outs available to all boarders. Horses are turned out for four hour blocks. Blanketing for horses is also offered at an additional charge.
Boarding accommodations offered include indoor barns, box stalls, and outside pens. All boarding accommodations are priced per month.
Our main barn offers 12′ by 12′ box stalls, a wash rack, feed room, and tack room. There is hot and cold running water and a heated bathroom. It has solid walls, heaters, and is at the center of the entire facility. This is an excellent choice for horses who love to be at the center of it all!
We sometimes call this second barn “The Penthouse.” This barn offers gigantic 11.5′ by 15′ indoor stall spaces with solid walls, and an additional 11.5′ by 24′ outdoor pen attached to each stall. Here, horses enjoy the best of both worlds.
Our outdoor stalls are 14′ by 24′. In other words, they are huge! Part of the stall is has stall mats and shavings as footing. The remaining portion of the floor is crusher fine rock covered with soft dirt for excellent drainage. The horses love these stalls because they are out of the wind, large, and offer a great view of the barns and other horses.
The outdoor pens pens are 14′ by 23′, large enough for even the biggest warmbloods. They have soft dirt floors with excellent drainage, and shelter roofs to keep your horse out of the elements. Horses who enjoy living out in pastures tend to enjoy these pens.
